Matt Slick and Cheryl Schatz debating Women Pastors

Cheryl Schatz of "Women in Ministry"

Matt Slick and Cheryl Schatz debating Women Pastors

EDITED to add link above new Women In Ministry section where Matt deals with the arguments of liberals and feminist and information on Cheryl Schatz and the months following the radio show.

What an interesting discussion. It is amazing what people will do in manipulating verses in Scripture and attempts to ignore the plain teaching of God's word to make it fit their personal opinions or what they want the word of God to say. Matt does point this out to the caller many times in the conversation that the caller is simply refusing to believe what the Bible says.

Oh by the way, this is Diane and I am not held down or "silenced" by anyone in this ministry. :-)
The Lord has blessed me with much work to do in His service, and I certainly do not need to be ordained as an Elder in order to be used of God. :-)

Is she seriously maintaining that we must test PAUL'S words by the OT? Wow.

It's amazing Matt you think this women Cheryl is bending the scriptures to support her belief. But read this and you'll see how you Matt will also bend scriptures to make it fit your belief as do all christians.

"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness" (2 Tim. 3:16)Oh!!, really? versus; "That which I speak, I speak it {not after the Lord}, but as it were foolishly, in the confidence of boasting" (2 Cor. 11:17), "But to the rest speak I,{ NOT THE LORD...}" (1 Cor. 7:12), "Now concerning virgins{ I HAVE NO COMMANDMENT OF THE LORD}: yet,{ I GIVE MY JUDGEMENT..}" (1 Cor. 7:25) and (1 Cor. 7:6). If all scripture emanates from God, then why did Paul say this and then turn around and said right opposite? Either, all scripture is inspired or it is'nt!.
