I agree, this Spencer guy is a much more pleasant Mormon to have a discussion with. However, it is also fun to hear you, Matt, whip out your bold side on Mormon Steve. lol.
I just want to add something to what the last caller said on this particular show: She really poured her heart out when she told you about how much she appreciates what you, Matt, are doing when you put yourself on the front line. I, too, experience that lonelyness for which many of us, who practice hardcore apologetics, go through often. It IS tough, and seems hopeless at times. Anyway, I just want you to know that, while she was pouring her heart out, I felt like I was hearing myself say those exact words to you because that's how much your ministry means to me (and I'm positive that others feel the same way). Don't ever give up, Matt. I know you won't; God won't let you, and He has big plans for you. Your words and actions have inspired me (Again, and many others) to do exactly what you are doing...as best I can. I really believe that God put you in my life for a definite purpose(s). The Lord has taught me so much through you. Just know that.
